Students

  1. What should I look out for, for my safety?
    Username and Password given to you by your institution, should not disclosed to anyone.
    Also, if you are logging in from a public computer, always make sure that you press the "Logout" button on the top right of the screen when you log out and that you close the browser.
  2. How do I register/login to the system?
    No registration is required to enter the system. You can log in with the username and password you have received from your Institution.
  3. What can I do in case I lose my passwords/having trouble logging into my account?
    For issues about accessing your account (username/password) you should contact the relevant services (computer office or network center) of your Institution.
  4. What are the requirements to be selected for an Internship?
    Each academic department has specific requirements for student participation in Internships. For more information, please contact the relevant Internship Office at your institution.
  5. I have found some Internships that interest me, what should I do?
    You can apply, to the Internship Office of your Institution, with the positions you are interested in and if you are assigned to an internship position, you will be informed of its progress through your account.
  6. Is there a certificate that I can receive after completing the Internship?
    Once you have completed your Internship, you can obtain a certificate of successful completion online through your account.

Internship Providers

  1. Who can register as an Internship provider?
    Any private company, non-governmental organisation, public institution or international organisation offering internships for students of universities, at home or abroad, can register as an Internship Host Organization.
  2. Is there a limit to the number of internships that can be registered?
    Τhe maximum number of Internships that can be registered is set according to the number of employees of the Internship Provider.
  3. How is the student’s compensation funded?
    The student's fee can be derived (depending on availability) from:

    a) Partnership Agreement subsidy programs

    b) The student's relevant academic Ιnstitution

    c) OAED subsidy programs

    d) The Internship Provider
  4. In case of inaccessibility to the main e-mail address provided during registration, what can I do?
    You should contact the User Assistance Office..
  5. What is the procedure for changing the Internship Provider Information before the certification process is completed?
    Once you have logged in with the Username and Password, set during registration, you will enter the Home Page. By selecting "Host Company Information", you can modify the details of the Host and/or the user. If you have already sent your Certificate of Participation via e-mail, it is necessary to print it out again and send it to the User Assistance Office so that your certification can be completed correctly.
  6. What is the process for changing Internship Host information after the certification process is complete?
    After completing the certification process, you can make changes to your secondary account information (e.g., e-mail addresses, URLs, etc.) by selecting "Provider Information" from the Home Page.
    To change your primary account information (e.g., Tax Office, Legal Representative information, etc.), you must contact the το User Assistance Office..
  7. Can I modify the available Internships positions I have registered?
    You may update the available Internships positions you have registered, provided that they have not been pre-assigned by an Internship Office.
  8. What should I take care of for my safety?
    For your security, we recommend that you choose a combination of letters, numbers and symbols to create a unique password that is not linked to your personal details. For example, you can choose a random word or phrase and enter numbers or symbols at the beginning, middle and end (for example "m1awra1ap3tal0uda"). The use of simple words or phrases such as "password" or "12345" should be avoided. Also, in case you are logging on to the system from a public computer, make sure that you always press the "Logout" button on the top right of the screen when you exit and close the browser.
  9. If I forget my Username and/or Password, what can I do?
    From the registration page you can choose “Forgotten Password” and then enter your email address associated with your account and press “Send Password”. An email will be sent to you with the username you created for your account and a link that takes you to a page where you can set a new password.
  10. Where can I get further assistance?
    The User Assistance Office is available to assist you daily from 9.00-17.00.

Internship Offices

  1. How is the process of selecting students through the service modified?
    The student selection process followed by each institution is kept as it is.
  2. Is there any limitation on the time length and number of Internships I can pre-assign?
    Internship positions are pre-assigned for a certain period of time, after which the positions will be released. For each department there is a specific number of Internships that can be pre-assigned.
  3. What should I take care of for my safety?
