Assign Internship Position

The pre-assign and assign process from the Internship Offices is available here.

Each certified Internship Office can log in into their account and see the available Internship positions that have been entered by the Internship Providers and search by various criteria.

The process of pre-assigning and assigning positions includes the following stages:

• Pre-assign a position after relevant requests of students or by decisions of the scientific managers for better planning. It is pointed out that the pre-assign of positions is subject to time and numerical limitations, while it is not a prerequisite stage for the final commitment.
• Assign students to available Internship positions based on the internal matching procedures followed by each Institution.
• Definitive commitment of the position, after the internal procedures for allocating the position to students that each Institution follows, and assignment of the Internship position to the student, have been completed. At this stage, information such as the expected start and end of the Internship is entered.
